The Trigger Method
The most valuable information you have access to can be found inside of a trigger. Use this 10 step process to locate the information and update your emotional learnings.
Memory reconsolidation is a process where the brain updates an old memory with new information. In trauma work, this is critical because unprocessed memories aren’t just in the past. They’re still active, and they shape your nervous system responses, your behavior, and what you believe in the present moment.
When a memory gets stored with emotional charge, it gets stored in the body as if it’s still happening.
The nervous system does more than remember the event, it also remembers the lack of resolution, safety, or coherence.
In trauma therapy, memory reconsolidation means:
- Activating the original memory or emotional pattern (the trigger).
- Introducing new, emotionally meaningful information such as safety, choice, or clarity.
- Creating a mismatch between what the nervous system expects and what it experiences now.
- Result: the old memory gets updated, not just intellectually but somatically.
This is how deep healing happens. It goes beyond just understanding the past, it works by changing how the body holds it.
The Trigger Method was designed to do exactly this, on purpose, and with precision. Repeatedly and reliably.
This is different than Brain Retraining. Brain retraining focuses on changing your thoughts to shift your nervous system state.
It’s useful, but it often bypasses the reason the emotion is there to begin with.
The Trigger Method doesn’t override or bypass. It reveals what's meaningful.
It shows you the geometry of the reaction and how a core value was violated. This helps you realign with the truth of your field.
You’ll Walk Away With:
- A custom-coded blueprint of your unique architecture
- A refined sense of who you are when no one is watching
- A living compass for boundaries, needs and purpose
- Clarity on why your body reacts, and how to use that information for alignment, not self-abandonment
This is how you create authentic safety, not just temporary relief.
